Project Description
We have finished a project with Gumo AS. Gumo is a producer of synthetics and foam (as used in furniture, mattresses, isolation, cars etc.). The company is located in Brno , Czech Republic.
In this project, we were responsible for the increase of sales (mainly export) and New Product Development.
Results:
- New sales locations in Prague, Stockholm, and Oslo
- Two new foam qualities developed and in the market
- Sales network created in Sweden, Poland, and Hungary
- Increase in turnover of 12%
- Return on investment of 9%
